Feature of Residential Light Pole
Durable
The material of residential light pole is mostly high-quality Q235 steel, which has good durability and can maintain its mechanical properties and appearance quality for a long time, at the same time, the price is cheaper than that of stainless steel and aluminum, which achieves a balance between performance and cost. The surface of the pole is usually galvanized, which is suitable for outdoor use as it is not easy to rust even in humid environments.
Customizable
The residential poles can be used for various AC electrical lamps as well as solar energy lamps, such as garden lamps, street lamps, floodlights, etc. The access doors and nameplates can be customized according to customers’ requirements. There are various thicknesses available such as 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, etc. The diameter of the top is 76mm in universal size, and can be customized to 60mm as clients request. Flexible mounting methods can be used in traditional buried installation, or directly fixed to the hard ground by expansion screws.
Split design
In view of the high cost of overseas transportation of traditional light poles, our residential light poles adopt split design, dividing the main body of the pole into 3-5 segments, and packaged in export-specific cartons, which reduces the freight cost and avoids the damage of the paint surface in the process of transportation. Easy to install, there are screw-fixing models and screw-free mounting models available.
